The Galleon VIP programme
Galleon's loyalty programme keeps the ship theme going: newcomers sign on as Rookie, then work their way past Deckhand, Sailor, Boatswain and Quartermaster into the officer ranks and, for a very few, up to Admiral. Along the way you collect Sea Points, unlock daily cashback and, from Commander upwards, a cash rank bonus.
How Sea Points work
There are two kinds. Status Sea Points decide your rank: you earn one for every €50 wagered with real money on slots, or every €100 on other games, plus one for every €20 you deposit. Redeemable Sea Points accrue more slowly, one per €100 on slots or €200 elsewhere, and can be exchanged for cash bonuses.

Daily cashback
Cashback is worked out from your successful deposits minus your balance and your processed and pending withdrawals, multiplied by your rank's percentage. It is credited between 02:00 and 04:00 UTC, must be activated within three days and runs for seven. Wagering falls as you climb, from x20 at Deckhand to x5 from Commodore upwards.
Daily rakeback
From Rear Admiral, a 3% daily rakeback is added on top. It is calculated on the house edge of your real-money bets across all casino games, carries just x1 wagering and is paid automatically once it reaches €1.
Rank bonus
Reaching Commander or higher triggers a one-off cash bonus, from €150 up to €1,500 at Admiral. It lasts seven days, wagering falls from x30 to x10 with rank, and the maximum win is equal to the bonus amount.
Exchanging points
| Ranks | 500 points | Wagering |
|---|---|---|
| Deckhand–Boatswain | €5 | x15 |
| Quartermaster–Commander | €7 | x10 |
| Captain–Commodore | €10 | x10 |

VIP Club
Higher-ranking players get a personal VIP manager, dedicated insights, higher cashback and weekly and monthly bonuses. Some VIPs agree a personal weekly cashback of as much as 20% on net losses, requested from the manager on Mondays between 06:00 and 23:59 UTC.
How quickly you climb
The first step is easy: about €1,300 of real-money bets moves you from Rookie to Deckhand. After that the gaps widen sharply, with Sailor needing around €25,000 and the officer ranks running into the hundreds of thousands. Admiral sits at €10,000,000 in bets. For most players the realistic range is the first three or four ranks, and the programme is designed so that even those bring a daily cashback.
Remember that Status Sea Points also come from deposits, at one point per €20. That makes the early ranks a little quicker to reach for players who deposit regularly, but it is no reason to deposit more than you planned.
Rank bonus rules
A rank bonus is paid once, when you first reach the rank. It behaves like any other cash bonus: seven days to use it, wagering that falls as you climb, and a maximum win equal to the bonus amount. Because the cap is only one times the bonus, think of it as extra playing time rather than a route to a large win.
Daily cashback in practice
Daily cashback is calculated on your net position: deposits minus your balance, processed withdrawals and pending withdrawals. If you have withdrawn a lot or your balance is high, the cashback may be small or zero. It is credited early in the morning UTC, must be activated within three days and then lasts a week. Even at Deckhand, x20 wagering applies, so it is extra play rather than cash.
The VIP Club
Players invited into the VIP Club get a personal manager, dedicated insights into their play, higher cashback and weekly and monthly bonuses. A manager can also agree a personal weekly cashback. It is a good arrangement for heavy players, but it should never become a reason to play more.
Redeemable Sea Points
Redeemable Sea Points build up separately from your rank. They accrue at half the rate of Status Sea Points, one for every €100 on slots or €200 on other games, and can be converted into a cash bonus in blocks of 500. The value of each block rises with your rank, and the wagering falls, so a player close to a promotion may get more by waiting before exchanging.
Keeping it in proportion
Cashback, rakeback and rank bonuses are a return on play, not income. Higher ranks bring better rates because the amounts wagered are enormous, and the house edge still applies to every bet along the way. Enjoy the perks your normal play earns, and never increase your stakes to reach the next rank.
Checking your rank
Your current rank, your Status and Redeemable Sea Points and the next threshold are shown in your account. Looking at what the next rank actually adds, rather than at the top of the ladder, keeps the programme in proportion.
If you are unsure how a perk works, the VIP Program page and the support team can explain it.
